Delivery and Shipping

When will I receive my Cloud Honey shipment? 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours unless you have paid for expedited shipping, or are using our 'Beekeeper on a bike' local delivery option.  We use cost effective carriers and most deliveries are made within 3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on products over £30.00 (inc VAT) . Our shipping prices are based upon the size and weight of the products ordered.  We regularly check to ensure that our carriers are providing value for money.

• Up to 0.4kg:     £1.99

• Between 0.4 and 1.0kg:  £2.99

• Over 1.0kg:  £3.98

All prices include VAT.  

Beekeeper on a Bike delivery?

From time-to-time we may offer free delivery on all orders to our local customers. in the SK13 postcode area.  This is often delivered by a member of the Cloud Honey team on a bicycle, although we might be in the car if the forecast is particularly wet (and we do live in Derbyshire).

Does Cloud Honey ship internationally?

Sorry, no.  It is something we keep under review, but there are restrictions around shipping some of our products to overseas markets.
